This class is taken by Raymond Richards, his classes are excellent for junior grades in preperation of promotional test (Gradings), Raymond provides a dedicated and disciplined enviorment ideal for serious junior grades. His lessons involve work on Poomse breaking down each one and working on the combinations within each one Raymond also does a lot of work on Self Defense looking and various intermediate level techniques.
