Monday night training sessions involves mainly Kryogui(Sparring) work. This lesson is taken by Master Andy Hill and usually involves work with paddels,Body Armour, Kick Shields etc. Advanced Kryogui (Sparring) footwork and strategic techniques are also included and makes up the basis of the lesson. This class is idea for students wanting to prepare or to improve their sparring skills for tournaments or for just personal achievements. The age range at this club is suited more for adult Dan grade practioners but all are welcome. These lessons are intense but very rewarding.
