This is class is taken by Paul Dryhurst a practitioner of various martial arts for over 20 years. His class is open to all ages and abilities and involves all the major aspects of Taekwondo such as:
- Free Sparring
- Pad Work / Drills
- Traditional Poomsae
- One Step Sparring
- Basic to Advanced Kicking and Hand Techniques
