Saturday, 10th November candidates applying for 1^st Dan

Sunday, 11th November candidates applying for 2^nd Dan & above

The workshop is free to those students participating in the Dan Promotion Test in the afternoon.

 It will help give you confidence and put the finishing touch to your preparations, so as to maximise your chances of success.

These sessions are always well attended because participants appreciate the benefits and advances in their knowledge, which come from being taught by some of the best taekwondo practitioners in the United Kingdom today.

All areas of our art are covered in depth—patterns, basics, self defence, breaking and sports sparring.

The instructors have reputations for

• excellent teaching ability (producing easily understood explanations and demonstrations)
• enjoyment and enthusiasm for taekwondo
